Sokhalay Angkor Villa Resort – Hotel near airport in Siem Reap

The hotel has a great location, being conveniently situated between the airport and the city center. The rooms, particularly the villas, are spacious and offer lovely views, although they can be quite dark due to dense vegetation. The service from the staff is warm and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay, but I did have a minor issue with being overlooked at the pool bar. Overall, it feels like a peaceful oasis, although there are some areas for improvement regarding noise and lighting.
